BELT CONVEYOR
Belt conveyors consist of belts driven by pulleys connected to a shaft, moving in the same direction as the glass flow. The structure is made of powder-coated steel profiles to prevent oxidation and ensure long-term durability of the metal components.

ROLLER CONVEYOR
Special conveyors equipped with precision-ground rollers driven by an alternating current motor. The weld-free design ensures outstanding structural stability, high reliability and simplified maintenance operations.

TILTING BRIDGE
This conveyor system can be equipped with a tilting section that, upon request, allows operators and materials to safely pass through the glass handling line without interrupting the production flow.

LOADING / UNLOADING TILT CONVEYOR
Glass loading and unloading operations are performed by a conveyor equipped with dedicated forks that move from a vertical position and gradually lower the glass onto the transport rollers, ensuring safe and precise handling throughout the process.

CORNER CONVEYOR
A combination of rollers and belts designed to ensure smooth and efficient glass transfer. The belts move in the same direction as the glass flow, while the rollers provide stable support during perpendicular glass movement and transfer operations.

STACKER
The stacker is designed for efficient glass stacking operations and is equipped with motors that drive the roller conveyor, as well as a chain system for glass lifting. When operating as a conveyor, the system can automatically synchronize with the production line speed, ensuring smooth and continuous material handling.

VERTICAL INSPECTION STATION
The vertical inspection station is designed to verify print quality without interrupting the production process. An integrated arm system positioned between the conveyor rollers lifts the glass and moves it into a vertical inspection position (70°), allowing accurate visual control while maintaining continuous line operation.

FLAT INSPECTION STATION
The flat inspection station is equipped with a dedicated inspection box positioned beneath the conveyor belts to accurately verify print quality during production. The system can also be fitted with a handling device that lifts the glass into a vertical position for enhanced visual inspection and quality control.

ROTATING TABLE
The rotating table allows precise glass rotation through an integrated vacuum cup system. Rotation angles of +90° or -90° can be selected and confirmed directly from the operator control panel, ensuring safe and accurate glass positioning during handling operations.

LIFT CONVEYOR
The lift conveyor is designed to safely and efficiently raise glass panels from a lower level to a higher position within the production line, ensuring smooth and reliable material handling operations.

FLIPPING OVER
Double belt conveyor designed to rotate and flip glass panels safely and accurately during handling and processing operations.

PAIRING STATION WITH ROTATION
Centering station equipped with a glass lifting system designed for precise glass pairing operations. The system also allows glass rotation and overturning to ensure accurate positioning and alignment during the production process.

WASHER BUFFER
Buffer stacker with up to five positions, designed to efficiently unload and manage glass flow exiting the washer while ensuring continuous and optimized production line operation.

CULLET BIN
Removable cullet bin designed to collect discarded glass safely and efficiently. The unit can be easily lifted and handled by forklifts from either side, ensuring practical waste management within the production area.

TURNING POT
Machine designed to thoroughly mix and homogenize inks before use, ensuring consistent viscosity, color uniformity and optimal printing performance.

SQUEEGEE SHARPENER
Machine designed to accurately sharpen squeegees, ensuring optimal printing quality, consistent performance and extended tool lifespan.
