CUGHER GLASS CONSOLIDATES ITS PRESENCE IN THE NORTH AMERICAN MARKET
North America remains one of the key markets in the process of internationalization of Cugher Glass: the company of Novate Milanese, manufacturer of advanced machinery and equipment for silk-screen printing on flat glass. The company has been in the U.S. market since the early 1980’s, with more than 50 installations in the US, and plans to reinforce its growth prospects through the opening of a new office in the United States.
With the aim of improving the quality of service and support to its customers in North America, Cugher opened its new U.S. based office in January 2017. The company chose to locate its headquarters in Naples, Florida. The new office is the result of a recent partnership with the company, Mappi International. Mappi International is headquartered in Cisterna di Latina, Italy and has been present in the U.S. market with its branch Mappi America Inc. in Naples, Florida.
The new office will allow Cugher to consolidate its presence in the North American market through the use of qualified and experienced resources of which are already part of the technical and commercial network of Mappi America. This will ensure a more efficient local service in sales, customer service management, and parts. Moreover, the North American headquarters will rely on a specific dedicated resource so as to better respond to the demands and expectations of its customers.
